Most businesses do not want to re-key invoices into a second system. The KWN platform exposes a generic Merchant API so the software you already run can create invoices, fetch their status, and manage customers and products directly.

Odoo is the first supported integration, but the API is deliberately not Odoo-specific. Anything that can call an HTTPS endpoint — SAP, Oracle, a bespoke billing engine — connects the same way.

Webhooks close the loop: when a document is approved, rejected or fails, your system is notified rather than having to poll.

It is retried with backoff, and every attempt is logged. You can also read the current status of any invoice through the API at any time.
