Questions people ask first
How do I subscribe to the KWN platform?
There is no checkout on this site. You send an inquiry, a specialist reviews it and contacts you, and we send a quotation built around your invoice volume and what you need integrating. Once you approve it we create your account and email your credentials and plan details.
Why do different businesses pay different prices?
Because their scope is different. A business issuing 500 invoices a year and one issuing 50,000 do not need the same engagement. Your invoice package, platform fee and one-time setup fee are set for your business individually.
What happens when I run out of invoices?
The dashboard warns you before you do. You can buy more at any time from Settings → Billing → Purchase invoices, at the per-invoice price already agreed for your account. The setup fee is never charged twice.
Does it work with Odoo?
Yes. Odoo is the first supported integration, through the same generic Merchant API any other system uses. Invoices raised in Odoo appear in the platform, validate and submit without double entry.
Can we engage KWN for just one service?
Of course. Plenty of clients start with a single service — e-invoicing readiness, or a VAT health check — and add others later. There is no bundle you have to buy into.
How quickly do you respond to an inquiry?
Normally within one business day. If your matter is time-critical — a filing deadline or an authority query — say so in your inquiry and we will prioritise it.
