Built for the UAE business landscape
KWN was founded to solve a specific problem: UAE businesses were being asked to meet new e-invoicing and corporate tax obligations with tools that were never designed for them, and with advice that arrived after the filing rather than before it.
So we built both halves. The advisory practice handles VAT, corporate tax and the accounting underneath them. The platform handles the documents — issued, validated, submitted and archived, with a full audit trail on every one.
The two are deliberately connected. When the same team sees your invoices and your tax position, a problem in one shows up in the other before it becomes expensive.

Tell us which service you need and a little about your business. Every service page has its own short form — the e-invoicing form asks a few extra questions so we can scope properly.

We review and call you
Your inquiry reaches our team directly. A specialist reviews your details, checks what your business actually needs, and gets in touch to fill in the gaps.

You receive a quotation
We prepare a written quotation built around your business — your invoice volume, your entities, your filing obligations. Nothing is off-the-shelf.

We set you up
Once you approve, we create your account, configure your plan and send your platform credentials. From there you have a named contact, not a ticket queue.
Common questions
Is KWN a consultancy or a software company?
Both, deliberately. The advisory practice handles VAT, corporate tax and accounting; the platform handles e-invoicing and the documents behind those filings. Clients can engage either on its own.
Do you work with businesses outside Dubai?
Yes. We work with mainland and free-zone businesses across the UAE. Most work is done remotely, with meetings in person when they are genuinely useful.
Who actually does the work on my account?
A named consultant who knows your file, not a rotating queue. For platform matters you also get a named technical contact.
How do you keep up with regulatory change?
Tracking Federal Tax Authority guidance and the e-invoicing specification is part of the service, not an extra. When a rule changes we update your configuration and tell you what it means for your filings.
