Catch-up work is separate
If you are behind, bringing the records up to date is quoted as its own piece of work before the ongoing service starts.
Volume, not turnover, drives the effort
A business with 2,000 low-value transactions is more work than one with 50 large ones. That is why the inquiry asks about transaction volume.
Reporting dates are committed
You get a date each month by which the pack will arrive, and we hold to it.

No. We work in whatever you already use. If you do not have one, we will recommend something proportionate rather than the largest option.
Are we behind? Can you catch us up?
Yes, and it is common. We scope the catch-up separately so you can see what it costs to get current before committing to the ongoing service.
Do you handle payroll?
Payroll processing can be included. Say so in your inquiry and we will scope it in.
